Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department using the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Direct care teams through delegation and coordination, manage patient priorities, and document accurate, timely information while adhering to legal and ethical standards. Requires six months of licensed RN experience in an Emergency Department, a current state license, and BLS certification. Full-time, 36-hour week with mid and night shift availability. BSN required for new hires. Located at Lutheran Medical Center in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- Six months of licensed RN experience in an Emergency Department
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Full time, 36 hours/week, mid shift & night shift availability

- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN). Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
