Job Summary
Emergency Department RN needed at IU Health Bloomington. 1 FT mid-shift and 1 FT night shift positions available. Requires an ASN with BSN preferred and active Indiana RN (or NLC) license; BLS and other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit. Opportunity to earn ED certifications (TNCC, ENPC, SANE/CEN/TCRN/CPEN) and participate in leadership and interprofessional initiatives. Includes an attractive sign-on bonus for part- and full-time roles and a supportive, patient-centered environment in a level III trauma ED with 53 beds.
Required Qualifications
- Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
