Registered Nurse, Emergency Department, Full-Time, Night

Provide patient care in the Emergency Department within an acute inpatient setting, guiding care through the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety, timely interventions, and appropriate discharge planning. Must hold an RN license (ADN or nursing diploma with RN licensure) and have at least one year of RN experience; night shift required; BSN preferred. Maintains compliance with regulatory standards (TJC, SC DPH, CMS) and organization policies; participates in quality improvement and cost containment efforts; demonstrates confidentiality and culturally sensitive care. Works under the supervision of a nurse leader and interfaces with patients, families, and multidisciplinary staff; may include weekend/holiday/on-call requirements.
