Job Summary
Assess patients and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers. Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate while communicating clearly with all stakeholders. Individualize patient and family teaching based on thorough assessments and participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness. Maintain professional knowledge of current nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Requires an Associate's degree or BSN, current Illinois licensure, and CPR certification. Full-time role with 36-hour weeks, 11am-11:30pm shifts, and every third weekend off.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- 11am-11:30pm shift availability
- Every 3rd weekend availability
