Job Summary
Assess patients and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers. Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are consistent, safe, timely, and appropriate. Communicate clearly with all customers in person, on the phone, and in writing. Individualize patient and family teaching based on thorough assessments. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness. Maintain professional knowledge of current nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Full-time role (36 hours/week) with 11am–11:30pm shifts every third weekend. Requires BSN or Associate's degree, Illinois licensure, and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
- Full Time, 36 hours/week
- 11am-11:30pm
- Every 3rd weekend
