Registered Nurse-Emergency Department-Evening

Provide patient assessment and collect health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers. Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are consistent, safe, timely, and appropriate. Communicate clearly with all stakeholders in person, by phone, and in writing. Individualize patient and family teaching based on thorough assessments. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness and maintain current knowledge of nursing standards and regulations. Full-time role (36 hours/week) with evening shifts from 11am to 11:30pm, rotating every third weekend. Requires BSN or Associate's degree, Illinois licensure, and CPR certification.
