Registered Nurse, Emergency Department (ED), Various Shifts Available, Binghamton General Hospital

Assess, plan, delegate, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the 14-bed Emergency Department, serving as a primary or accountable nurse. Administer medications per hospital policy, educate patients and families on health promotion, and manage resources including staffing and supplies. Comply with all nursing practice standards and regulatory requirements while actively engaging in professional development and evidence-based practice. Perform duties related to the Charge Nurse or Shift Coordinator role when assigned. This part-time position (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) is located at Binghamton General Hospital, a trauma and stroke center with behavioral health patients.
