Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments, triage patients by acuity, and implement individualized care plans in the emergency department. Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses, evaluate progress toward outcomes, and communicate effectively to promote a safe practice environment. Demonstrate leadership while applying evidence-based practice to address age-specific and clinical needs. Maintain constant alertness and perform assigned duties including patient lifting and data entry. Requires current RN license, BLS, and ALS certification; variable shifts with 36 weekly hours.
