Job Summary
Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department with a Behavioral Health assignment. Responsible for planning, delivering, and managing direct patient care using the nursing process and adhering to standards of nursing practice within the ED and behavioral health context. Maintains patient and family advocacy, communicates effectively with care teams, and coordinates care across disciplines. Requires a 12-hour day shift (7:00 AM–7:30 PM), weekends/holidays on a rotating schedule, and potential signing bonus eligibility. BSN is preferred; MA RN license required. Prior nursing experience in emergency/behavioral health settings (2–3 years preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of a recognized school of Nursing
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
- BSN preferred
