Job Summary
Provide comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and diagnoses, administer medications and treatments with patient safety in mind, monitor and adjust care to optimize outcomes, and educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Requires RN license and ADN (BSN preferred) with ED experience; day shift full-time in Davenport, FL. Includes $15,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
