Job Summary
Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department providing comprehensive, patient-centered care on a 36-hour overnight schedule (11p-11a) at Boston Medical Center. Responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients; coordinating with an inter-professional care team; maintaining and updating patient records; following nursing policies; and supporting quality improvement initiatives in a Magnet-designated, trauma-focused ED with access to EMS integration and a broad range of acute conditions. Requires 3-5 years of ED experience, an active MA RN license, and BLS (ACLS/PALS preferred); relocation assistance is available. The role emphasizes teamwork, professional development, and delivering equitable care to all patients.
Required Qualifications
