Registered Nurse

Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and established care plans. Monitor, assess, and document health status including vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely while collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans. Educate residents and families about health conditions and wellness strategies. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and respond promptly to emergencies. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. POOL/Per Diem shifts of 8 and 12 hours available. Valid RN license in the state of practice required; skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
