Job Summary
Provide comprehensive nursing care to SNF residents as a Staff Nurse (RN) at Georgetown Nursing Center. Responsibilities include Assessing patients through physical examinations and pertinent diagnostics; administering medications and treatments; participating in care planning and ensuring its implementation; supervising LPNs and Nursing Assistants and overseeing ADLs and documentation; communicating with physicians about patient changes; documenting assessments and care per standards and policy; educating patients and families on health issues; completing required forms in compliance with state and federal regulations. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Valid State licensure as an RN
