Job Summary
Provide direct patient care and supervision to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. Assist with the development, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans while coordinating interdisciplinary team meetings. Ensure accurate documentation and effective communication with other healthcare professionals, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote patient satisfaction. Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control and safety protocols. This role requires current RN licensure in Alabama and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Schedule includes 7am-7:30pm and 7pm-7:30am shifts, with PRN options available.
