Job Summary
Conduct patient assessments and reassessments from admission to discharge while coordinating individual care plans and discharge planning. Direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing care within the assigned clinical setting, delegating tasks appropriately based on staff competency. Utilize the nursing process to manage patient care adhering to established standards of practice. Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm, 8-hour day shift. Requires current Massachusetts nursing licensure and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration
- BLS certification
- Thorough knowledge of the discipline of Nursing
