Job Summary
Conduct learning needs assessments, validate gaps with experts, and prioritize anticipated educational requirements aligned with strategic goals. Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based professional development programs using adult learning principles to improve healthcare practice and patient outcomes. Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff, preceptors, and orientation teams while collaborating with leadership and interdisciplinary groups to foster continuous learning and quality improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
- Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact
- Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor
- Minimum 3 years of nursing practice experience
- Experience with direct patient care
- Ability to read, write, and speak English language
- Optimize the use of technology to support learning

- This role may be required to support more than one facility or specialty
Desired Qualifications
- Some specialties may require ACLS, NRP or PALS per unit requirement
- Must receive ACLS, NPR or PALS within 6 months of employment in position within 180 Days (Preferred)
