Job Summary
Registered Nurse/Educator responsible for ensuring successful academic and personal development of licensed practical nursing students through clinical instruction. Provide comprehensive clinical instruction in acute care settings, align with program standards and patient care best practices, foster a supportive clinical learning environment, and promote academic success, critical thinking, and professional development. Prepare and maintain team member progress evaluations, monitor and document clinical performance and competency, ensure adherence to program philosophy, utilize evaluation tools to measure student learning outcomes and progress, maintain professional credentials through ongoing continuing education and in-service training, perform additional duties to support program operations, and participate in scheduling (Full-time, Days, 7am-7pm with weekends as needed for team coverage). Location: Morristown, NJ, United States.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse licensure
- clinical instruction experience preferred or demonstrated ability to teach/educate nursing students
