Job Summary
Treat all types of emergent needs across four local Emergency Departments, including Hilton Head Hospital, Coastal Carolina Medical Center, Tidewatch Freestanding ED, and Bluffton Freestanding ED. Serve as a leader of the healthcare team by establishing personalized relationships with patients and their support systems. Collaborate with physicians to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote optimal health or support peaceful death. Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey. This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus up to $25,000, relocation allowance, and market float rate incentives for days and mids shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Successful completion of a Board approved refresher course (if license inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and not licensed in another state during the last five years)
- Application for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course (if applicable)

- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
- One year relevant experience
