Job Summary
Develop comprehensive nursing plans of care for patients and families by performing psychosocial and physiologic assessments while integrating cultural, ethical, and spiritual needs. Implement, reassess, evaluate, and revise these plans based on physician orders and review trends of similar cases. Provide patient and family education throughout the continuum of care, actively supporting Franciscan Alliance processes and nursing regulations. Work in a 21-bed ER unit with a 1:4 patient ratio, available in day or night shifts. Requires a valid RN license, Associate's degree, and 1-2 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
- Associate's Degree from an accredited program

- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of RN experience
- A team-oriented RN willing to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient care needs
