Registered Nurse ED

Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival, prioritizing care based on injury or illness severity and initiating immediate interventions. Provide urgent medical care including administering medications, starting IV lines, performing wound care, and assisting with life-saving procedures such as CPR and trauma resuscitation. Continuously monitor patients' conditions, recognize sudden changes, and communicate critical information to physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, discharge instructions, and follow-up care while offering reassurance during high-stress situations.
