Job Summary
Registered Nurse responsible for health and safety needs of residents in an assisted living/memory care facility. Duties include completing initial resident assessments, implementing move-in service agreements, maintaining medical records and care plans, ensuring physician orders are signed and implemented within 24 hours, supervising medication administration and equipment, and training staff to ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations. Requires effective communication, adherence to safety policies, and licensure in the practicing state. Full-time daytime schedule with every third weekend work; compensation in the $38–$43/hour range with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
