Job Summary
Conduct multidisciplinary team assessments and provide child and family-centered services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays using a parent coaching model. Assess family strengths, concerns, and progress while partnering with caregivers to develop Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs). Schedule, implement, monitor, and evaluate intervention plans, facilitating parent-child interactions and assisting families to act as advocates. Complete progress notes, reports, and assessments via the electronic documentation system. Requires current Massachusetts RN licensure, strong documentation skills, and ability to work independently and as a team member. Located in Westfield, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Strong ability to engage in meaningful, therapeutic relationships with children, parents/caregivers, and community partners
- Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development
- Commitment to delivering individualized and culturally informed services
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Abide by all confidentiality and professional boundaries standards
- Good computer skills as well as strong documentation skills
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation
