Job Summary
Provide primary health care to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities within Dungarvin's residential programs, primarily located on-site in Eugene, OR with weekly travel to Portland, OR. Conduct routine site visits, monitor health conditions, assess and document progress, advise direct support staff, manage medication administration, and ensure accurate medical records while supporting care plans and licensing requirements. Train and delegate nursing tasks to direct support professionals, participate in support plan meetings, and maintain collaborative communication with internal and external teams to promote quality healthcare.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license to practice nursing in the state of Oregon
- 2+ years of prior RN experience
- Valid Driver's License and vehicle with insurance to travel between residential homes
