Registered Nurse - Downtown Medical Associates - Part Time - Foundation Medical Partners

Conduct professional nursing care across Foundation practices, including float pool support, delivering safe, evidence-based care in-person and via telephone triage and telehealth. Execute the nursing process including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to design care plans. Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments, perform point-of-care testing, educate patients on self-management, and document accurately in the EMR. Provide leadership, mentorship to clinical staff, and assist with onboarding while responding to urgent situations per facility guidelines. Maintain current licensure and competencies. Work Thurs & Fri 8:15a-5:15p (16hrs).
