Registered Nurse - Down's Blvd Family Practice - M, T, TH, F 6:45-4:15

Provides clinical nursing support to Williamson Health Medical Group by communicating clinical information to patients and businesses, scheduling tests and consultations, obtaining clinical specimens, assessing patients, performing clinical office procedures and maintaining adequate clinical supplies. Performs immunizations and injections as appropriate; triages phone calls and messages; coordinates referrals and prior authorizations; maintains supplies and pharmaceuticals; assists physician with office/surgical procedures; records patient history and vital signs; coordinates with pharmacies to ensure patient access to medications.
