Registered Nurse

The RN will oversee the health and medical needs of individuals served through Doma, performing nursing assessments, health monitoring, and medication administration oversight. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring individualized health care plans, reviewing physician orders, coordinating medical appointments, and providing delegated nursing services in accordance with DODD, Medicaid, and Board of Nursing requirements. The role involves staff training, clinical consultation to operations and direct care staff, participation in interdisciplinary team meetings, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining documentation. The position requires travel between service locations and collaboration with physicians, pharmacies, guardians, and professional teams to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centered care.
