Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) independent contractor role focusing on military health readiness. Responsibilities include supporting physical health assessments for military personnel, reviewing health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires; interviewing service members to determine current and prior medical concerns; identifying immediate concerns including behavioral health; and documenting interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record using a proprietary system. Location is in Michigan (Grand Rapids area) with weekend emphasis and some occasional weekday coverage under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP).
