Registered Nurse - Dialysis, Supplemental - RN

Coordinate nursing care for dialysis patients through direct patient care, education, and transitions of care. Plan, implement, evaluate, and communicate all phases of nursing care within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model. Provide leadership via preceptor roles, quality improvement efforts, and delegation based on patient acuity and skill level. Mentor staff, teach clinical skills, and participate on committees as needed. A subset of employees may drive a personal vehicle as part of the role. This position supports professional nursing practice across the continuum of care to meet patient and family needs.
