Job Summary
Registered Nurse works under the direction of a registered nurse to assist patients with care plans and department policy, performing assessments, formulating and implementing care plans, coordinating and supervising nursing team activities, and documenting care in the patient record in a clinical setting. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, reviewing histories and diagnostics, communicating with patients and families, executing the nursing plan of care, evaluating patient progress, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Requires an Arizona RN license and an ADN or Nursing Diploma; CPR/BLS certification is required prior to patient interaction; BSN is preferred. Travel not required. The role emphasizes strong communication, ethical conduct, and the ability to work independently within a team.
Required Qualifications
