Job Summary
Provide emergency nursing care to patients of all ages across medical, surgical, and mental health needs on a 13-bed unit with varying acuity levels, from basic medical issues to life-threatening emergencies. Maintain valid Indiana Registered Nurse licensure, CPR certification, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with 100 pounds while demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills. Complete clinical onboarding and TSAM orientation, and participate in the eXceed nursing recognition program.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in nursing or an ASN/BSN
- Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license
- CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to assist with 100 pounds
- Good verbal and written communication skills
