Registered Nurse (Days) - Eastridge Manor

Registered Nurse needed at Eastridge Manor, a specialist dementia nursing home in Bolney, Nr Haywards Heath, to join a clinical team delivering planned, proactive and reactive care. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of patient care, championing patient choice and autonomy, supporting the care team, ensuring effective communication with residents’ families and NOK, producing comprehensive care plans and timely documentation, and fostering staff morale and teamwork. Hours are 24 per week from 8am to 8pm. Essential qualifications include a nursing degree or higher, strong prioritisation and reporting skills, and experience in geriatric, frailty, end-of-life and dementia care. Strong communication, IT skills (Excel, Word, MS Office) and a can-do, patient-centered attitude are valued.
