Job Summary
Coordinate total nursing care for residents by performing duties as a certified nursing assistant and CMA when required. Establish specific goals with the director of nursing and ADON, determine work procedures, and expedite workflow while ensuring compliance with Oklahoma Department of Health and Federal regulations. Supervise appropriate personnel, communicate updates, and provide daily reports. This role involves implementing specific procedures and programs within a vibrant, caring community at Spanish Cove Retirement Village.
Required Qualifications
- Active State of Oklahoma RN License
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation every single day
- Must be able to work weekends & holidays
- Frequent lifting & moving. Must have the ability to lift, move, push, pull, & transfer 100 lbs with the physical capability to perform all job-related duties
- Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment
- Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
- Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to client)
