Job Summary
In-home Registered Nurse (RN) providing direct patient care per the plan of care, including vitals monitoring, medication administration (including insulin and IV/fluids), wound care and dressing changes, and assessment for changes in condition. Collaborates with providers, aides, and other health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes in a 1:1 home-care setting. Requires an associates degree in nursing and an active RN license in the state, with reliable transportation for care-site visits. Schedule supports full-time or part-time options with flexible scheduling and daily pay options. Location-related responsibilities are within Morgantown area (Jane Lew, WV).
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (AAS)
- Licensure: Current unrestricted RN license in the state
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites/work locations
- Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred but not required
- 1:1 patient care and in-home direct patient care per plan of care
- Collaboration with providers and other health professionals
