Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) to join an outpatient dialysis center at DaVita. Lead a clinical team, coordinate ESRD patient care (trend lab values, track vital signs, weight, and outcome management), ensure patient safety and comfort, and potentially float to multiple clinics during training. Role requires a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position emphasizes building meaningful relationships with patients and families in a small interdisciplinary team and delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Nursing experience is required, with preferences for those holding a CNN/CDN certification and a BSN; ADN is acceptable with appropriate nursing degree substitutions. Training may occur in a facility or training clinic away from the home clinic. Supervisory experience is preferred, along with basic computer skills (MS Word and Outlook).
