Job Summary
Provide inpatient dialysis in a hospital setting to patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. Deliver dialysis therapies (hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis) across ICU/CCU/ED and other acute care units, collaborating with hospital teams. Monitor and adjust treatments to ensure quality outcomes, supervise patient care with PCT support, and adapt quickly in a dynamic hospital environment. Training provided—no dialysis experience required. Travel between facilities as needed and participate in on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays. Requires current RN license in the practicing state; ADN required, BSN preferred; color vision tested; COVID-19 vaccination may be required by hospitals.
