Job Summary
Registered Nurse for outpatient dialysis at DaVita. Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting for patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes. Collaborate with a clinical team including Patient Care Technicians. Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options. Float to nearby clinics as needed with a flexible schedule. Fast-paced, hands-on environment with long-term patient relationships. Training provided. Qualifications include an RN license in the state of practice; ADN required with BSN preferred; basic computer proficiency; reliable transportation for potential floating.
