Job Summary
Registered Nurse for Home Hemodialysis (HHD) program in Hermiston, OR. Manage a caseload of HHD patients, educate patients and caregivers on at-home dialysis procedures, conduct home visits, provide on-call support, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts with weekends/holidays off. Role emphasizes patient education, care planning, and telehealth/case-management elements. Requires an active RN license in Oregon, ADN required with BSN preferred, and basic computer skills. Prior dialysis or home-care experience is a plus; CNN/CDN certifications are valued.
