Job Summary
Join DaVita as a Registered Nurse in an outpatient dialysis center where you will deliver compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Responsibilities include building long-term relationships with patients, overseeing patient observations, and leveraging nursing skills to create unique treatment plans in a fast-paced environment. This position requires an A.D.N from an accredited school of nursing, and while previous dialysis experience is not required, a flexible schedule is essential to accommodate varied shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred
- Three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
Desired Qualifications
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience
- Critical Care Unit (CCU) experience
- Emergency Room (ER) experience
- Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) certification
- Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification
