Job Summary
Registered Nurse position at DaVita in an outpatient dialysis center (Fairborn, OH). Will train on the job for the first 10 weeks and float to various clinics as needed. Shift pattern is 3-4 days per week, 10-14 hours per shift, with no on-call requirement; early start times (as early as 4:00 AM). Requires RN licensure in Indiana and an ADN or BSN (a three-year diploma may be substituted). Prior ICU/CCU/ER/Med-Surg or dialysis experience is a plus; you will oversee patients with support from PCTs and participate in patient observations and machine setup. Growth opportunities include home therapies, charge nurse, and nurse preceptor roles. Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
- Previous Intensive Care Unit, Critical Care Unit, Emergency Room, Medical Surgical, or previous dialysis experience is a plus
