Registered Nurse on DaVita's outpatient dialysis team in Niagara Falls, NY, providing direct patient care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions in an outpatient dialysis setting. Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, respond to health changes, collaborate with a clinical team including Patient Care Technicians, educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options, and float to nearby clinics as needed with a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays). Training provided; fast-paced, hands-on environment with long-term patient relationships and broad nursing responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in the state of practice
- ADN required; BSN preferred
