Job Summary
Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies (hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis) in a hospital setting across ICU/CCU/ED and other acute units. Collaborate with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff to monitor patients, adjust treatment, and ensure quality outcomes; support and oversee patient care with the help of PCTs; rotate between facilities; role includes regular and on-call shifts including weekends/holidays; paid training provided for those without dialysis experience. Requires current RN license in state of practice; ADN required with BSN preferred; color vision test; vaccination requirements may apply. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- ICU/CCU/ER/Med/Surg experience helpful but not required
- CNN/CDN certification (preferred)
- Color vision test
