Job Summary
As a DaVita RN, you will ensure compassionate and professional delivery of dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting, focusing on patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing. Responsibilities include delivering dialysis treatments, monitoring patient status, assessing and responding to clinical situations, educating patients, and collaborating with a supportive care team. Qualifications include a valid RN license, CPR certification, basic EKG interpretation, and a minimum of 2 years' experience with acutely ill patients, along with strong assessment and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in state of practice
- CPR certification
- Basic EKG interpretation
- 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred)
- Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- CNN certification a plus
