Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting for patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes; collaborate with a clinical team; educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options; float to nearby clinics as needed with a flexible schedule. Training is provided. Qualifications include RN license in the state of practice and ADN required, with BSN preferred. The role is full-time with a flexible shift pattern including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; compensation ranges from $45-$63 per hour depending on location and experience.
