Registered Nurse

In this DSD Services RN role at DaVita, you will take responsibility for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their dialysis treatment stays on track. You will independently deliver optimal dialysis care, troubleshoot and make sound clinical decisions, and occasionally partner with SNF staff to coordinate care. You will educate patients and families about dialysis and care plans, supervise Dialysis Technicians delivering tandem care, and apply core nursing skills in an autonomous setting. The role emphasizes autonomy, critical thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional resources to meet clinical outcomes and service goals.
