Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting and monitor treatment plans for patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. Collaborate with a clinical team including Patient Care Technicians, educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options, and float to nearby clinics as needed with a flexible schedule (shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays). Requires an RN license in the state of practice with ADN as the minimum education; BSN preferred. Training is provided and experience in ICU/CCU/ER/Med Surg is a bonus.
Required Qualifications
