Job Summary
Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies in a hospital setting (hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis) for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. Work across ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; monitor patients, adjust treatment, ensure quality outcomes, and support care with PCTs. Requires current RN license in practice state; ADN required with BSN preferred; color-vision testing; vaccinations may be required; on-call and weekend/holiday shifts. No dialysis experience required—paid training provided; opportunities for career development within DaVita’s inpatient kidney-care program.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- CNN/CDN certification (preferred)
- Must pass a color vision test
- Full vaccination against COVID-19 may be required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible
