Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse at DaVita, you will deliver dialysis treatments, monitor patient status, assess and respond to clinical situations, and educate patients while building meaningful relationships. You must be flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends (two Saturdays per month). This position requires a current RN license, CPR certification, basic EKG skills, and a minimum of two years of experience with acutely ill patients, preferably in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg settings. Strong assessment and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in state of practice
- CPR certification
- Basic EKG interpretation
- 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred)
- Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- CNN certification
