Job Summary
DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team in Zephyrhills, FL. You will deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting, monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes. You will collaborate with a supportive clinical team (including Patient Care Technicians), educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options, and float to nearby clinics as needed with a flexible schedule. Qualifications include an active RN license in the state of practice, ADN required with BSN preferred, and basic computer proficiency. The role involves fast-paced, hands-on care with long-term patient relationships and opportunities for career growth and tuition support.
