Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. Monitor treatment plans, respond to health changes, educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options, collaborate with a clinical team, and float to nearby clinics as needed with a flexible schedule (mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays). RN license in the state of practice is required; ADN is required; BSN is preferred. Training provided and opportunities for career growth and tuition support. This role supports ongoing patient relationships across multiple dialysis centers.
