Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) – Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) role involves managing a caseload of PD patients, educating patients and caregivers on PD procedures and self-care, conducting home visits and on-call support, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts with weekends/holidays off; requires an active RN license, ADN, preferred BSN, and driving. Responsibilities include training patients and caregivers on PD, performing assessments and care planning, monitoring treatment progress, and supporting home-based dialysis care.
Required Qualifications
